Blackie and
the Rodeo Kings are Colin Linden, Tom Wilson and Stephen Fearing.
The trio shares a love of the music of Canadian singer/songwriter
Willie P. Bennett.
Their first CD consisted entirely of 'Willie P' songs. Their second
CD (two CDs for the price of one!) is made up of Willie P. tunes,
original material and covers of some of the band's favourite artists.
The three main members of Blackie continue their solo careers but
are appearing on a regular basis as a trio, and, on occasion, as
a sextet when they add Richard Bell, Gary Craig and John Dymond
to the roster.
