I am eager to tell you that “The Man Who Married Music – the Best Of Stephen Fearing” was officially released in Canada on True North Records and is out on the street looking for your attention and hard earned bucks. I selected all the tracks myself and included two new songs for good measure (No Dress Rehearsal and The Big East West). Forgive me if I’ve left your favourite cut off the list, all I can tell you is that it was fiendishly hard to be objective and that I think this collection nicely covers all the bases. I sincerely hope you enjoy it.

The track listing is as follows:

Home | Yellowjacket | The Finest Kind | Beguiling Eyes | The Bells Of Morning | Turn Out The Lights |
Expectations | That’s How I Walk | The Longest Road | Welfare Wednesday | Anything You Want |
Dog On A Chain/James Medley | The Man Who Married Music | The Big East West | No Dress Rehearsal

I am currently at the start of a leisurely jaunt across western Canada in support of the new release, so if you can’t find it at your local record store (do you still HAVE a local record store?) come get it from me personally or go to the True North website and get your credit card out.

Also, a big CONGRATS to my good pal, Suzie Vinnick, whose album Happy Here (which I happily produced) is up for a Juno! YAAAAY SUZIE!

I’ll be back and forth across the country for the next several months and into the summer, so I hope we cross paths. Please come and say hello. Visit the gigs page on this site for details, click mon the link above.

Cheers and as ever,
thanks for listening.
