| Andy
White |
"My
collaborative work with Andy goes back several years to our first
meeting at The Winnipeg Folk Music Festival. Since then we've made
a point of writing and performing together as often as possible.
Unfortunately Andy currently lives in Australia, so we only have
a few opportunities to make music.
The
Tall Friends (Andy White - Vocals/Guitars, Colleen Hodgson
- Bass/Vocals, Stephen Fearing - Elec. Guitars/Vocals), is
a band that we put together to play Andy's tunes and the stuff we've
been writing together." |
| Angela
Browne |
Webinatrix
of Stephen's site, as well as the B&RK site and Brian denHertog's
site. When she's not sitting in front of a monitor, she's taking photos
of musicians all over the country or working in Winnipeg's burgeoning
film industry at Film
Training Manitoba. |
| Artefacts |
"Artefacts
is a very cool space in St. Jacobs (Southern Ontario), where one can
find a wide variety of things old and architecturally fascinating.
My wife and I like to go there on a Sunday afternoon, to wander about
the warehouse looking at gorgeous, wrought iron floor grates or some
intricate brass lock mechanism. Need a collection of organ pipes?
Interested in a pair of carved wooden doors salvaged from a chapel,
or maybe just some witty repartee with the owners Chris and Scott...
Go and make sure you tell 'em I sent you so that next time I go, they'll
shave a few shillings off the price tag." |

Your
